Cancellation Policy
Imported Heaven has a generous cancellation policy since it values providing its customers with the best possible service. As per this policy:
Only requests for cancellations made within an hour after placing an order will be taken into consideration. However, there will be an order cancellation fee of Rs. 200 per purchase if the vendors or merchants have been notified of the orders and have started the shipment process. Only orders that have been sent and are cancelled prior to or at the time of client receipt are covered by this. If Imported Heaven cancels an order due to non-availability or for any other reason, there won't be a cancellation fee.

Please notify our customer service staff if you receive any damaged or defective items, and we will provide you with a brand-new replacement at no additional cost. However, after the merchant has verified and established this on his own end, the request will be considered. When the products are delivered, this should be reported.
At the time of product delivery, you must notify our customer care if you believe the item you received does not match your purchase. After reviewing your complaint, the customer service team will make the proper conclusion.
Please refer to the issue if you have any concerns about products that are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

How may orders be canceled before the product is delivered?
Should you want to cancel your order, please give our customer service a call at (+91) 9817589919, 9588736557. You can alternatively send an email with your order number, purchase date, complete name, and address to importedheaven98175@gmail.com to request to cancel your order.
What happens if my order has already been shipped?
Sometimes we may have shipped your order before you phone or email because we like to ship our products as quickly as possible (the majority of orders are shipped within an hour of receiving the order). Order cancellation fees of Rs. 200 per order would be assessed in that scenario.

​Additionally, the following cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that are damaged or dead upon arrival, manufactured defects or expired products, and incorrect products are the only reasons that orders can be returned or refunded. Where appropriate, brand warranties would take precedence over Imported Heaven return policy;

Items with missing or altered UPC or serial numbers

Any flaw or damage not covered by the manufacturer's guarantee

Any product that is returned without its original accessories and packing, such as the box, any manufacturer's packaging, and any other items that came with the product or products

Why was my confirmed order cancelled by Imported Heaven?
Several retailers located around the nation sell and deliver every product mentioned on Imported Heaven. Even while our staff makes every effort to guarantee that the products are always accessible with the merchant and that frequent stock updates are completed, there is a chance that your order may be canceled for any of the reasons listed below:

Due to poor quality, the merchant rejects the goods and is unable to arrange for a new one to be shipped within the time frame specified on the product detail page.

Due to certain conditions, the merchant is unable to deliver the merchandise to the intended delivery location.

Refund Policy
The refund policy listed below only applies when the buyer has started the purchase cancellation process.
If the order is canceled within 24 hours of being placed and the shipment process is not started, the full item value will be refunded.
If an order is canceled within 24 hours of being placed and the shipment procedure is started, a cancellation fee of Rs. 200 will be assessed.
If an order is canceled 24 hours after it is placed and the shipment procedure is not started, 2% of the item's worth will be charged (only for online payments).
If the purchase is canceled after 24 hours of placing it and the shipment procedure has begun, there will be a cancellation fee of Rs. 200 plus 2% of the item value (only for online payments).

How can I get my Refund?
After a successful cancellation, you will get your refund in the form of a credit to your bank account, credit card, or net banking within seven to ten business days. The Relikart finance team will contact you as soon as possible to give you all the information you need as part of the process.
